Cornelius Orasanu
Founder & Music Director | Conservatoire-Trained Musician | Multi-Instrumentalist
With over 30 years of performance experience and more than 20 years of teaching, Cornelius brings outstanding musicianship, professional expertise and a deep understanding of music education to Allegretto Music & Arts.
Throughout his career, he has worked as a Music Director, Band Director, conductor, performer and multi-instrumentalist. His extensive experience, both on stage and in the classroom, shapes Allegretto’s distinctive and inspiring approach to musical development.
Cornelius combines strong musical foundations with highly personalised teaching, adapting each lesson to the student’s ability, personality and individual way of learning. His vision lies at the heart of Allegretto: to discover the unique potential within every student and nurture confident, disciplined and expressive young musicians.

Some of our students, now at university studying a variety of subjects, still choose to return every week for their music lessons.
